Return policy: Hassle-Free Receiptless Returns
No receipt? No problem. Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days.
- We do not provide exchanges, but you’re welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
- We are unable to accept returns on damaged guns (warranty issues) or partially expended boxes of ammunition.
- We are unable to accept returns of surplus items.
- We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
- Products delivered by one of our dropship partners (i.e. Lipsey’s, Orion, Hicks, etc.) will need to follow their return policy, which is usually 30 days.
- Merchandise purchased on sale may be eligible for a return at owner discretion.
